You always want the absolute best for your baby. Be it food, toys, education, health care, clothes you always ensure that there is no compromise on what your child receives from you. Some parents perceive the most expensive as the best that there is. However that is not true. Let’s take clothes for instance; you might buy the most expensive designer brand of clothes but the material used to make the fabric could contain harmful chemicals which could harm your baby’s skins. Baby’s skin is far more sensitive and vulnerable than adults to the effects of pesticides and agricultural chemicals and is also known to cause childhood health problem like autism, neurodevelopment delays and endocrine disruption. Also a baby’s body mass is much smaller than an adult’s causes their exposure ratio to be much higher when exposed to the same level of contamination as adults. All this can be easily resolved by the use of organic baby clothing.
No sort of chemicals are required to manufacture organic materials; due to which chemical residue doesn’t enter our surrounding. This solves the problem of babies being exposed to harmful pesticides and chemicals. Organic baby clothing is made from natural dyes which are again safe on skin. Some organic fabrics use herbal dyes which are known to have medicinal properties. Also your skin is the largest and most absorptive organ of the body. What you put on the outside ends up inside. So you need to be very careful what kind of fabric you use as you don’t want any sort of damage on the inside or outside; especially for babies. So organic clothing is not the only best bet for your baby but also helps you in doing your bit to keep the environment devoid of any pollution. I guess that’s something your baby deserves and makes it your responsibility towards your babies well being.
